American or Un-American

 Teaching social studies from a multi-ethnic perspective is considered "divisive and Un-American!" However, it is perfectly acceptable to teach social studies from a European perspective, ignoring the history of other ethnicities. So I guess keeping the lie alive is more important than the truth. Now the important question to ask is which way is the "American Way?"
